We encourage everybody to come out and cheer, clap, and wave for all of the boats in the parade, let them know their hard work is appreciated as we honor the late great Jimmy Buffett.
All kids participating in the boat parade will receive a ticket for a free ice cream at the Marina. Just before the start of the parade Someone will come around on a JetSki to take down your boat theme for voting purposes and give kids tickets.
Voting will be done through a link set up on the Merrimeeting Lake Facebook page.
