Avatars need reloading

One casualty of the recent forum software upgrade is that some with customer avatars may need to reinstall it as they have been lost.

To the few who had them, sorry. Hopefully you still have the images to reload them.

I just finished another upgrade to the website and the avatar issue is back. I think I've fixed it for good this time but once again a few of you will need to reset your avatars.

I also fixed a problem that was causing blank pages to be displayed after posting even when the post was successful. All should work as expected now.
